Description : Qualified independent consultants are invited to submit prequalification documents for consulting services for the implementation of the a.m. project. The project comprises the energy efficient reconstruction and modernization of VMA hospital in Belgrade.
The Consultant shall act as Project Management Office (PMO). The PMO respectively the PMO Agent shall be responsible for preparation, project management, coordination and supervision of works, supplies and services of the VMA Project. It shall manage and control the overall project planning and implementation process as well as subcontract and administer sub-consultants for future components. The Consultant will fulfill the role of a FIDIC Engineer.
