- Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed. The overall objective of this assignment is to develop recommendations for strengthening the legal framework of social dialogue within the Labour Code of the Republic of Serbia, in line with the ILS and related EU acquis.The assignment includes:• Systematically review all provisions of the Labour Code regulating social dialogue.• For each article, identify necessary changes to align it with the ILS and related EU acquis.• Ensure recommendations also strengthen social dialogue in practice, taking into account national particularities and the local context.• Analyse and apply comments of the ILO Supervisory Bodies concerning the application by Republic of Serbia of ratified Conventions.• Analyse recommendations of the ILO Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations relevant to social dialogue.Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.Thank you.
