- Tenders are invited for Developing Business Process Re-Engineering and Data Harmonization and the Technical and Functional Architecture for a National Single Window Blueprint for Montenegro and Kosovo. The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is looking for a consultant firm (the Consultant) to assist with the development of Business Process Re-engineering and Data Harmonization and the Technical and Functional Architecture Task Cluster Reports for the National Single Window (NSW) Blueprint for Montenegro and Kosovo*. Background NSW projects provide important trade facilitation benefits through increased integrity and transparency, lower trade transaction costs, improved inter-agency coordination, reduction of the time taken to clear goods and more effective and efficient deployment of resources and time savings. These benefits accrue to both government (through improved trade compliance, enhanced security, and often increased revenue yield) and traders (through faster clearance and release, predictable application, and explanation of rules) and ultimately through cutting costs by reducing delays and informal payments. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications. Interested firms are hereby invited to submit expressions of interest.
