- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy to Support Preparation of Action Plan 24/25 for Artificial Intelligence Dev't Strategy. Description The World Bank is seeking to hire a consulting agency (Consultant) for the Consultancy Assignment "Support for the development of the preparatory documents and the Action plan for the period 2024-2025 for the implementation of the Artificial Intelligence Development Strategy in the Republic of Serbia for the period 2020-2025." The Government of Serbia (GoS) has developed The Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence in the Republic of Serbia (RoS) for the period 2020-2025 that defines objectives and measures aimed at fostering the growth of the artificial intelligence. Creation of an Action plan 2024-2025 document is seen as a guideline for further safe and secure development in this area, with the ultimate goal of fostering economic growth, business environment, employment and enhancing the quality of life of Serbian citizens. In order to enable preparation of the Action Plan (AP), this project will prepare an ex-post Analysis and an ex-ante Analysis and assessments that will enable the Prime Minister-s Office (PMO) and other relevant government organizations to decide on the priorities of the second Action plan, , its objectives and results; provide input in development of measures and activities and system for monitoring and evaluation of AP-s implementation, as well as provide recommendations, options, and guidelines for further development of AI and AI business environment in Serbia. In addition, this project will support organisation and delivery of consultative meetings and facilitate discussion with relevant stakeholders to gather their inputs for AP, as well as communication and visibility of activities targeting business partners, including potential international and national investors.
