Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:The ILO is seeking a qualified legal expert to support the Government of Serbia in implementing the newly adopted Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Law. The consultancy will involve a comparative legal analysis of Serbia's OSH legislation in relation to EU Directive and ILO Conventions Nos. 155, 161, and 187, as well as recommendations for institutional measures to strengthen enforcement and monitoring.
